I'm well aware of the facts, actually. I disagree they're relatively minor. But I guess we can revisit this if Taylor or MCPS for the consequences for burning this many bridges.

It's unfortunate that you have no idea what you're talking about. While Elrich and the County Council have final say on the CIP, like the Operating Budget, Taylor and the BOE do make recommendations that get kicked over to the County Exec and Council to adjust.
