Carleton - happy kids, even sex ratio, incredible professors, fabulous pre-health advisor to help from summer before freshman year, collaborative (not competitive) environment, zero greek life.

The "quirky" adjective in Fiske freaked us out a bit, but honestly I have no idea what they mean. My very mainstream pre-health DD loves it.

Agreed with rice and Davidson. Also Claremont colleges? Gonzaga? Xavier? I would guess that Catholic schools with d1 sports are better for gender and political balance. Mary Washington but it's a lot of women.

I'm asking because all my kids are different. One is doing a second major in music. The second wanted Greek-life heavy.

This is a good list. I have two girls. One was pre-med at Elon, one was pre-med at Case. Both were very happy, and both were admitted straight in to medical school. They each went on to match at their first choice residency program.
