UGH.
What is everyone doing that they keep getting Covid? Are you immunocompromised? Worn down?
This isn't a weird flex, I just don't understand the extreme variability and incidence in severity among different people.
I haven't been able to get a Covid positive even when I desperately wanted the Golden Ticket to stay home from work![]()
I have never tested positive or been sick either.

No. I got the vaccine. Just like a flu shot. Are you an anti-vaxxer?

This is OP. No, I'm not immunocompromised. I am a teacher, in my fifties, had a flu shot in November, and haven't had been sick all winter... until this. And this is not a "Golden Ticket." I've been miserable. Count your blessings.

I made it through the rough years without getting it, despite people around me getting it. Then about 6 months ago I got it for the first time, while masked at an eye doctor appointment.

Anonymous wrote:I wear a mask in certain places, doctor's waiting rooms - it's not because of covid. I mean I could get covid but I could also get the flu, a cold, something going around. If I can anticipate that I'm going to be in a crowded space, especially on a plane, I'm wearing a mask. Not having it wreak my vacation if it can be helped.
