Try taking vitamins daily
Going to bed by 9pm or so
Avoid touching doors/touchpoints directly
Wash your hands frequently AND use purell before you eat
Avoid touching your eyes/nose/face
Try to avoid standing too close to people

YES - and I never get sick!
Got an upper respiratory virus mid-January which gave me awful sinus issues, low grade fever, and a horrible cough. Got past the worst of it, but the sinus issues and that dry horrible cough lingered. Otherwise, I felt ok.
Fast forward to last week and I am sick again! Doctor suspects sinus infection (clean chest x-ray, low grade fever, tons of sinus pain, the damn cough,etc). First antibiotic wasn't really working so on second antibiotic now. What the actual hell! I am miserable.

We have been lucky. Nothing at all for 17 months and counting.
