Yes I realize that - and my point is that at some point the child may go to college. Regardless whether it is public universities, public K-12, taxes / regardless, VA > MD and DC is a no-go zone. And for private schools - Montgomery CO > VA area. Also, take a hard look at outcomes and use of electronics in Archdiocese of Arlington vs ADW. The only strong elementary Catholic school in the MD area accessible from DC would be St. Jerome's in Hyattsville. MD parent - moved child from ADW to AOB.
