Not sure why husband 3.0 should be so upset. You'd think he'd be happy to know that when he and OP divorce, they'll still be friends.

My XDH is mean and it’s difficult to coparent with him. Frankly, I am jealous. I think you can just politely decline the gift from XDH2 and explain that your current DH is uncomfortable. Communicate a little less with your first XDH. Go to marriage counseling to stay married to DH3.
