I would have been very disappointed at a first Valentine’s day to be a double date.

We used to have beautiful dates on and without V day.

We are 24 years into the marriage… and we did nothing except order in good food.

That actually sounds really fun to me. I would do that. V-day is such a dumb holiday. Too many expectations.

A double is actually a good idea. You can go back home after the dinner and have your intimate moment. Best of both worlds.
