More likely, she was an au pair. Au pairs tend to be young women (18-20) from foreign countries here to live in and work ~45 hours a week with children for a year at a time. The host family is supposed to help the au pair learn American culture, etc.
I was a nanny years ago and I knew many au pairs. They were typically beautiful, vulnerable teens who were overworked (well beyond 45 hrs a week), hated by the host mom and chased after by the host dad. This level of vulnerability and exploitation would be right up parents, who were epstein associates' alley. It also gives cover for including and possibly trading your kids.

I love how for completely “forgot” about all his interactions with Epstein post 2005 but somehow he miraculously recovered his memories and now remembers specifically how the yacht visit went down.
Even in his senate hearing he lied to lawmakers about meeting Epstein post 2005, and they showed him records of his meetings and he said he “forgot.” What’s the penalty for lying to Congress?
