It's on 5 acres and I like this area for anyone willing to be outside the beltway. Obviously, this is only going to be interesting for someone willing to completely redo the house. But at this price for this property, there should be $ room for that before you get to what a well-maintained home in his area on a lot this big would go for.

This house is about 5 miles from Robinson. It’s maybe a 10 minute drive or so.
