That’s not what OP thinks she is talking about. Most elite schools now offer something similar but it’s tuition only so the family still has to come up with $30 - $50 for room, board, books, expenses, travel, health care, computer etc

Oh, good point. I don't think the Post's tool was built to be able to recognize a free college with a mission to ONLY accept kids with limited means. (My grandfather was a Berea grad - it's a special place.)
