What does this entail?
I agree that creams and exercises won't fix, and injectables will NOT fix. As if.
But how is this different?

Do facial exercise. Also try neck ups.

I'm sad about my jowls too. But then I look around and think about all the people I know and love. Their jowls or lack of them have nothing to do with what I think of them. I think about all the people I know who are "homely" or have physical flaws but who have partners who love them, are good people, do admirable things, are funny and vibrant. And that makes me realize that I need to focus on other things.
I have to go through this thought loop frequently because I really do hate my jowls, but I think the conclusion is correct.

Agreed. I can afford any number of facelifts. But I will probably never get over my fear of surgery. I had life-saving surgery at 36. That's what it's for. Cosmetic surgery? Not so much.

Agree. I can afford it, but will never. I just am not that vain. It doesn’t really matter if your face sags. I’d rather just look like a nice, natural old lady. When you are over 50, no one is judging you by your looks anymore.

I just did my first sofwave session for this. Definitely painful! And it takes time to see results. But 12 weeks in I can see some tightening.

How about Morpheus8 or threadlift? Or Sculptra? Lots of non-invasive options for less than 6K

I like this - I think I’ll do black crepe fabric over all my mirrors. Or maybe colorful wallpaper! I wanted to do some wallpaper!

I’m 51 and the jowls just popped. Or rather, sagged!!!!

I think clay masks help and so does manual lymph drainage, to help keep some definition in the face. It's not going to work like surgery, obviously, but I do think it helps return some definition.

Can’t facial exercises help?
