I've never heard this term. It is such a good one that I should have, lol. Assuming you mean men who want to move in with women to have somewhere to live. Or who just want to hang out at a nicer place than their own, so use women for that. Lol, this kind of person definitely exists.

When she is at your place say "I'd love to see your place." And see what comes up.

Simply ask her. You’re an adult.. She’s been to your place.

Now that you revealed she wasn’t ready to come over to your place yet either, it’s obvious that she doesn’t trust you at this point. She wants to take her time and figure out what your intentions are. It’s only been 2.5 months. She isn’t hiding anything. You know the neighborhood and street where she lives. She won’t let you in her space until she’s comfortable with you.

You haven’t been around long enough. If she owns her place she can’t just move if she gets a stalker. She is right to be very protective of her peace at her domicile
