It's impossible to be a billionaire and be ethical. They much money is only gotten by so sort of subjugation of others. People who make money to make money are usually the least ethical and moral.

I have mega church Jesus cousins, really all they do is pay ticket prices for the weekend shows. They don't even pay the dumbs they have recruited for "Sunday school teaching" and Wed Night "youth groups"

You don’t get to this level of wealth and power without compromising morals, ethics and bending (or breaking) laws. Once there you don’t suddenly find integrity again.

The recent Grammys showcased these people.

It was a room full of pedophiles protesting against ICE deporting pedophiles.

I think the more you are removed from normal-people problems, the more you look for something to make you care and feel. A lot of these tech bros are wired differently and many are on the spectrum. I know someone who was once the minder of one of the headline names in the recent stories. Had to be reminded to bathe, be gotten onto airplanes (back when flying commercial was a flex), and any other part of daily living. He just didn’t think about it or care. I’m not surprised that his brain is stuck on the teenage girls he never got to date before he struck it big.

In terms of money, it’s about winning. You could literally take away two-thirds of the assets of Musk, Bezos, Gates, etc and it would have ZERO effect on the way they live their lives. But instead they’re blowing up the country for their percentage points on corporate taxes. The money, the taxes, and the general population are abstractions to them.

I don't think it's about how you got there, I think that having that kind of power breaks your brain in a significant way. You see it in the born-rich, the people who worked their way up, the people who got a windfall or lucky break, etc. Many of them start out ok but eventually it messes you up.
