Everyone only swims once, like a standard dual meet. There will not be circle seeding, and the winner could be in heat 1 at the end.

(Happened this past weekend where all activities on FCPS ground after a certain time were cancelled on Saturday and the buildings were closed all day Sunday). Arlington County is the same AFAIK and the pools are in the school buildings.

Stinks b/c I bet one or both of the counties will be closed Friday and not looking great Saturday knowing how things are in this area. So my $$ is on Monday.
