I'm heading to the library shortly to get a few books. I did a lot of laundry last night which all needs to be folded. Gas stove still works when there's no power so I'll make some batches of soup.

I’m gonna drink wine and then shop online so that all week a bunch of surprise gifts are gonna arrive in the mail for me.

I'm sick so I might just take medication and sleep kid I can't watch movies or TV. I really hope we don't lose power.

Or read, it sounds nice though I hope it doesn't come to that. My neighborhood often feels targeted for outages.
What will likely happen is a stream of kids in and out of my home letting all the warm air out and I will have to give the kids a limit to exiting/entering as soon as the power goes out
