OP here. DC was none of the above. Took all accelerated classes in school, mostly A’s. Maybe ~4 B’s. Talented at a sport but not near recruitment level. A few extracurriculars, nothing too impressive.

Look - I found the Bethesda mom who "dresses to impress" for her DC's campus tour, asks stupid questions, thinks her kid is the "best," and wonders why her kid had to go to Holy Child.

This was roughly 4 years ago. I haven’t been involved in this process since then. And my advice isn’t rendered useless just because the recent application season passed. You’re grabbing at straws trying to find anything to be annoyed about.
