Yes, a bridge might be the quickest, cheapest option.

Even with good insurance, it’s about 4,000 for an implant and crown from a reputable dentist.

ER won’t do anything. If the tooth has already fallen out or can’t be salvaged, insurance won’t do anything either. You likely will have to pay for an implant, bridge, etc. out of pocket.
