Greige is out. Warm whites are in.

I'm seeing a lot of warm whites in house listings. What I'm not seeing is gray. There is no gray anywhere in houses that look like they have been freshly painted the same color throughout. Don't get me wrong, there is definitely still gray in houses that were probably painted in the past 10 years, but the ones that look like they are freshly painted are almost all white. Maybe a few pale beiges.

Use a neutral beige or white. No wallpaper or colors.

Op. This is what ChatGPT suggested and it actually looks very nice. That or one color lighter- pale oak. I think I’m going with something more colorful in the hallways, and I’ll just repaint those if I have to.

I personally don't like Swiss Coffee, think it looks too muddy, but I guess it depends on the light. But please don't paint use any form of beige, OP. Often looks dated and dreary.

My favorite white is White Dove, but it definitely depends on the light. I'd probably keep the blue hall and test WD in the bedrooms.

The hallway is a very very pale icy blue with a little sheen to it. Sounds terrible but it’s actually nice. But it’s been there for 15 years since our architect suggested the color when we remodeled.

The bedrooms are all versions of pale green/sage. I picked them and they look awful. I painted trim and closets white and I probably will paint everything all the same this time. These bedrooms are all tiny.
