Frankly, I thought of Option H went through, Crown would stay in Region 5, then MCPS would do a magical wave of the hand and say "Wootton, you're now Region 5."
No way to tell what will happen until Supt presents his final reco.
The link OP provided clearly shows that under H, Crown/Wootton will be 4.

I’m surprised people are just learning of this, because this has always been the case since H was announced publically.
Look at how much the Wootton cluster is freaking out about a handful of Gaithersburg kids joining them. You don’t think the outrage would double or triple if Crown/Wootton is moved to region 5…
And in all reality, even if Mcps said to hell with it and waves said magical wand and send them to 5,
pretty sure a huge chunk of the pissed off parents would move to Churchill cluster or go private.
When this gets thrown out there, it not only grossly overestimates the capacity at privates (particularly of the kind which might substitute favorably from an academic perspective) but also grossly underestimates the burden to families of moving (particularly with low inventory, and more particularly in catchments such as Churchill's).
The latter presents a far greater injustice than any to Wootton when considered in reference to MCPS's continual failure to resource schools at the variable levels necessary for individual students to expect reasonably similar experiences no matter where across the system they are served. If this, instead,
were the case, there would be little need for families to consider such drastic action in relation to something which would be rendered so trivial as a change in prospective regional assignment.
Wootton's catchment, whether served at Crown or not, isn't transportationally amemable to inclusion in region 5. Really, with that in mind, MCPS should be looking at swapping Rockville from region 4 with Quince Orchard from region 5.
