Oh this dog will love you so vigorously. You will need more space for yourself when he gets home from daycare and decides to sleep on your lap all evening.

I rescued a 2yo American Foxhound from the shelter when I lived in a 2 bed condo. The first 4 months were awful as I realized she had never lived in a house before. Also not used to people and human life in general. Once we got over that barrier though it was great.
She got at least 1 one hour walk a day or an hour at the dog park. Then 2 10-15 min walks as well.
The size of the house doesn’t matter, it’s how much exercise and interaction they get.
