I lived and dated in DC. Personally I think women and men are more attractive where I live now/Chicago. The main difference is that people seem to be more shallow and with narrower viewpoints overall. Men in DC were less wealthy but they were serious intellectuals. All these directors, feds, doctors, lawyers. They travel to Europe, play chess, attend book clubs, very well versed in jazz and classical music.
It’s easy for me to find a guy who lives in a penthouse and with a yacht in Belmont harbor in Chicago. But he would be falling asleep at jazz clubs, leaving alone classical concerts. These are “men who golf”.
DC overall was very educated - these are people who are interested in the world.

When you set Bumble to "Current Location," the app changes who you see every time you land at a new airport. Bumble's Miami women are often absolutely stunning but I'm not sure they're real or really working at the kind of jobs where you report your income to the IRS. I think they might mostly be sugar babies or something like that. NYC and LA also have many attractive women on Bumble, but they don't tend to look as serious, as a group, as the DC women do, as a group. Obviously there are some Russian and Venezuelan bikini models in DC, and some black doctors and Jewish lawyers and so on in Miami, NYC and LA.
