Ah yes, Virginia with its GOP governor for the next three days. Expect the VA crackdown after Spanberger takes office/Youngkin leaves office.

I don't trust anything from NextDoor. Half of the accounts are fake and just there to promote products/home companies.

Someone posted they saw ICE in Bethesda a few months ago. I was there exactly when they said it, and it was just POLICE with the POL covered. Even pictures....unless they have the street names in them and you can verify they aren't AI, I'd be skeptical.


No, the posts of escalated ICE activity in MoCo are real. They even sent emails about it via neighborhood lists.

I live in College Park and this is definitely worrying to me as a non-white person. If you haven't been following the lastest, go look at some of the videos up on the Minneapolis and Minnesota reddits. They are going around asking non-white people for their status. I have seen several videos of them detaining US citizens for merely verbal taunts or videoing them.

It's honestly scary. At this point, it doesn't even matter if you are a US citizen, they detain you anyways and figure it out later.
