This is a 1960 raised ranch that would have originally been red brick. Although it last sold in 2011 for 385k, a major reno / flip must have happened in the last 5 years as everything we see is the harshest of trends rather than thoughtful design. I do agree it is ugly and cold and is already a laughingstock/dated.
