You're committing them to stairs, which is a guaranteed move later on. I would never do this. It was hard enough to get my parents to move even once.

My parents are extremely weird about condos. A townhouse would be an easier step for them.

I wouldn’t want to live in a townhouse this dated, but this is the more convenient and friendlier side of McLean.

This is a good boomer building if they aren't ready for assisted living. Not too far from McLean, walkable to a lot of things.

The price is very low for Mclean, but it's weirdly dated in way that would be expense to change.

Agree with pp, at this price and for parents a condo is better. Or move further out.

Why would you get a townhouse for old people when downsizing? Get a condo. Look at the Mather.
