The coach was hooking up with a players Mom. The mom and coach are both single so it shouldn’t be a big deal, but a lot of people got upset.
FWIW the Mom is hot and a lot team Dads are always jockeying to be around her so we there are jealous parents involved.

Not really, b/c people commit to a year on a specific team with a specific coach.

Employers move their workers around all the time for various reasons often having nothing to do with their performance. Maybe they just need them more with another team. Maybe there are scheduling conflicts. Maybe there are personnel or customer issues you know nothing about. And employees quit and leave for other jobs all the time for lots of different reasons. Better pay, shorter commute, new challenges, disagreement in strategy. The point is soccer coaches are just employees working a job like me and you.
