Correct. All of the credit card issuers are also banks of some kind.

But the product is sitting in my living room and I didn't do a return for it. I don't see anything else unusual in my amazon account.
Anyone have this happen before? It doesn't seem like a scam - I don't know what the scam would be.
Take it. Bezos can afford it.
