My brother had b/g twins and named them wildly unrelated names. One has a Top 25 very common name and the other is incredibly rare in the US.
It does not matter. The names fit their kids, because kids grow with the name. So my advice is to not worry about them matching and "going together". It's hard to imagine while pregnant, but your kids only spend a small portion of their lives together. The rest they will be an individual out in the world, not a pair of twins. Name them that way

These are all a bit too unisex too. I think with B/G twins it should be obvious who the male and female are because they're introduced together more than other siblings. Like I love Alex as a name, but I know just as many females named Alex as I do males named Alex.

I don't think they have to "match" per se, but they should be sort of in the same vein. Even just with siblings in general. It seema weird to have kids named Christopher and Braxley, for instance.

When I was deciding on names, I thought a lot about yelling those names. I think with twins you're even more likely to yell them at the same time. Imagine: Standing at the back door and yelling out into the back yard: Vera! Carter! Time for dinner! Or inside - Vera! Malcolm! We've got to go, get down here this instant! Or at school - I'm here for early pickup for a doctor appt, can you page Vera and Marcus to come to the office?
Vera isn't classy. She's brash and smokes and if it were still on, would be proud to be on Jerry Springer.
