Wegovy was the worst! All day nausea. No matter the day . I did loose weight faster

Now on Zepbound and it’s been a totally different experience. No nausea, no hair loss, no nothing.

Only slight issue .. The area I inject becomes irrated..lasts a day. Doctor advised some do experience that. And I’m loosing weight slower.

Sunday. Can basically eat very light M-W and more by the time the weekend rolls around. Down from 230 to 195 in about 6 months.

Interesting thread. I've pretty much tried every day of the week as there are pros/cons for each. My main symptoms are headaches and light lethargy the next day. The Sunday morning post option intrigues me. Maybe it's best to battle through on Monday while the rest of the workforce is dealing with their own Monday's.

Take mine on Thursday evenings. Started on Thursdays because I believed the hype that I would feel so sick on it and Friday was a telework day for me. But those nasty side effects never really happened. So I stay on Thursdays.

Thanks for all the responses and support!

To those asking about symptoms, i never had anything negative (maybe some constipation early on) until 12.5mg. At this dose, I have very low appetite and energy for 18 hours afterwards and feel a little full / nauseous. Nothing too bad, but I don’t feel great. Wouldn’t want a stressful work day or fun weekend plans.

First off - heck yeah overweight BMI!! That's a huge step and you should be so proud!

I inject mine on Sunday afternoons because that seems to be the time that best balances the side effects while not interfering with time with my family.

I do Sundays so if we go away for the weekend, I can take it when I get home.
