I'm sensitive to smells due to migraines. Some people have an awful natural smell. I think it's a dealbreaker, unfortunately. Once the honeymoon is over, you will be left with a stinker.

I had three dates with a woman I like but I texted her I don't want to continue. There are a few good reasons for that, dealbreakers, but also, her scent does not agree with me. She smells fine and it I was willing, we could have worked that out but the smell of whatever perfume she uses didn't do it for me.

Interestingly, I read an article several years ago about how birth control pills change your sense of smell. The article was trying to showcase why some are less sexually attracted to their partners after marriage. Presumably before marriage most are on bc, but then after you marry and in your menopausal state you are no longer smelling your partner the same way as when you were first attracted to them.

Everyone smells when they are a little weary or have that outside smell. Do they shower daily? Sleep while sweaty? It depends.
