So now that you two know this, I assume you only purchase window seats when flying now?
The whole point is that Gayle did just that and still didn't get a window.

If that happened to me, I'd privately complain to my husband and my mom but I wouldn't post it on social media because I *know* there are people who would look at at and be like "shut up, you're so entitled." But there are people connected to me on social media who could never afford a flight to Hawaii at all, much less in business class, and they do not want to hear me complain about a lack of window on a flight like that. This is the kind of problem where you complain politely but firmly to the airline to see if they'll give you a discount or at least some drink coupons on a future flight, but you don't go whining about it to the general public. Think.
I agree with all of this. It sounds totally out of touch and entitled. I would love to travel business just once and I'll take that windowless seat in a heartbeat.
