I’ll probably get a neck lift myself! But imo if you’re coming from a place of revulsion and loathing, like the OP, yes you should go to therapy before the plastic surgeon.

And yes, obviously, anyone posting neck vag photos of the President (whom I hate more than anyone on earth) should be in therapy. It’s one thing to giggle, if you know it’s wrong. It’s quite another to post.

Genetic. Ivanka is my age and she sort of has the start of one.

They are most prominent with a tight collar so call me crazy but I associate them with someone dressed professionally and therefore I see them as dignified. Also because you get them later in life I associate them positively, as a sign you were lucky enough to make it to old age.

But yeah OP I think the only thing you can do is plastic surgery.
