My husband was the 120K, no debt, military pension and healthcare for life some day. Husband is 100% worth it. Gets all those benefits next year at 42. We can retire whenever we feel like it. (I make much more than him with no benefits)

The former. They can earn more money, the other has too many things weighing them down plus cc debt suggest poor money management and I would never tie myself to that.

Avoid people with large student and some credit card debt and needy family like the plague. The last 2 will be recurring issues that will make you miserable.

The only red flag is the needy family. I’d avoid that one.

But I also wouldn’t want to be with someone with a low income who’s planning to rely on me to float their lifestyle. So first one isn’t super appealing either. But maybe the first one is young and has a lot of earning potential.

Easy. The first one. There are too many cons in the second one.

No debt. If a woman has cc debt on a salary that high, she likely had poor spending habits.
