You can switch to good Tequila, soda & lime. You’ll lose the weight and still have fun.

Cool. I only hope there is a way to restrict some of the others on here. . .

We ignore / report according to needs. If they are trolls being mean they can be reported, if they are just morons asking stupid questions we can ignore them. Although to be honest, there's a lot of cross over between those two groups.

I think you're going to have to brush up on your troll skills. These efforts so far are kind of meagre.

I’ve done it for the past 5 years. It’s a good reset after the holidays and a clear reminder to myself of how much better I feel without alcohol. During it, I’ve gone on vacation, celebrated events etc and felt stronger for abstaining.

You can do it, OP!

Do it! I quit drinking recently to support my partner (who is Asian and gets the glow, which basically means they’re being poisoned so had to stop). I never drank a ton, maybe one drink a few nights a week, but my sleep is SO much better without it.

Next up is caffeine! Today was my first day without it, curious to see what health impacts it will have. Already I feel less anxious.

I'm a PP and I always start a few days late and then go a few days into Feb.

Why? Seriously why? It's stuff like this that messes up people. Just don't go overboard.
