IIRC I had 20: 6 for English and 14 for French language. My first French class was a junior level literature class.

I don’t remember exactly how many credits I had but I had to take a test to place into a higher level foreign language. I tested into the 300 level in Spanish and 200 in French.

I graduated in 4 years with a B.S. in Marketing and a B.A. in Spanish.

So that means you graduated with at-least a year of college credit.

I had none.

i went to UNC-CH and they gave me 23 credit hours -- a combinations of AP credits and SAT Subject test credits, for calc, biology, psychology, english, maybe something else).

I stayed for 4 years but was able to double major pretty easily and almost triple major!

I do feel like I should have actually taken Calculus in college instead, because after getting credit for two semesters, i took multivariable and dropped it within a week because I couldnt understand what was happening (despite getting a 5 on the BC Calc exam). My husband went to a top 5 school that didn't offer any credit and has a much more solid understanding of these topics.

My kids are in middle school but on a path to a school with lots of AP options.

1995 - none. I took 3 AP tests, but my college offered only placement, not credit.

None, because I was going to Yale that didn’t accept them and we didn’t do that thing that they do today of putting people in APs from freshman year. I only took the tests that placed me out of entry level classes.

I think I had around 30- I’m fairly certain I was a second semester sophomore when I entered. Lots of AP classes and also took some classes at the local university.

A year, but I still took the full four years.

Um, none.

None, and no one at my SLAC got any credit for APs.

DS got credit for 9 classes and was a sophomore after the first semester. But stayed for 4 years so it didn't really matter.
