I'm familiar with Geneseo and UMW, and I echo this. While I like UMW, Geneseo is a big step up in terms of the quality of student it attracts.

My DD is also in the Honors program. The early registration is a huge bonus.

I’ve heard Geneseo is similar to William & Mary.
What does state's Honors Colleges actually mean? Don't all the state publics have an Honors college?
