How does it compare to Queer As Folk- which I loved.

I loved this show!

David moving the pasta and cheese over to Ilya, who is scarfing down the homemade food was hilarious. Touching in a different way.

Totally agree. I saw something that said the author wrote him as autistic and the actor is playing him that way. The part where Yuna is trying to tell him it's okay and he can't look at her was really well done.

I watched it this weekend and was so impressed. The first couple episodes are A LOT, but it's basically showing how limited their in-person time was for something like eight years.

The last two episodes were really beautiful. I saw that they are getting a second season and that's really exciting.

It's refreshing to see men who are longing and loving. They are scared to communicate at first, but once they allow themselves to be honest, it's beautiful.

I could help but watch those final credits with a big smile on my face.

The sex scenes in some episodes are a bit much, and I’d say that if they were hetero too. Still a great watch though.

To me it’s similar to Sex/Life in that respect. Both boring.

The fifth episode has no sex and it’s incredibly moving. You just sound like a particular kind of hater.

Plenty of mainstream shows show het scenes similar to the gay scenes in this show. You’re only calling it porn bc it’s gay.
