Because you're pushy, and she's been coming for years despite not wanting to, because you somehow make it hard for her to refuse. This year she's done, and she prefers to ignore you rather than have to deal with you.

She flies out every year, so something must be going on. Maybe she's scheduled a lot of medical appointments. Otherwise she would probably have said no. But yeah, it's weird if she's in contact with DH otherwise.

Husband can deal with it 🤷‍♀️ relieve yourself of this unnecessary pressure.
