That is the most arrogant BS of all whitecoat BSs. Regardless of how they call it, coming off antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds is HORRID. Worse than opiates, and lasts longer. The brain zaps, the crying jags, the mental fog, the rebound anxiety... Definitely join a support group or forum before and during this process because your doctors probably won't take it seriously and it can be seriously disorienting and depressing.
