Depends on the day. I am more comfortable in lounge wear and wear it most often. But I clean up well, dress nicely for work or going out. Spouse always has to dress nicely for work (we look good together on work days), but looks nicer on non-work days than I do, because I am in lounge wear and he is usually in dark straight-leg jeans and a button up shirt, or in the summer khaki shorts and a polo.

Both of us dress very well. We are both always "put together". 90% of his clothes are tailored. I have a lot of tailored as well, 32H boobs dictate that. I go between sophisticated boss B and preppy wife aesthetic.
