Subject: MS Executive Functioning/Planning Instruction
The Lab School of Washington maintains a list of the current and former teachers from their school who tutor. They have training in working with kids with executive functioning-related conditions like ADHD. Even if your kid doesn't have ADHD, they might benefit from some strategies used with kids who do. Many of their tutors actually list "executive functioning coaching" as one of their services.

Thirded—two MS kids at SSFS, one with ADHD AND dyslexia. It’s been fantastic, especially easing kids with tough executive functioning challenge into the world of personal responsibility, different classes, staying on top of homework, etc.

However, you may also want to consider an outside person to help your child once or twice a week. They have executive functioning coaches for this exact purpose.
This. I am a teacher at one of these DMV schools, and it’s hard to jump through all the hoops the school requires to get supports and accommodations without a full work up. Which is why I support many students (not from my school) outside of school hours and on the weekends. All kids need EF learning and most schools only supper those with specific needs.
