This result is so incredibly rare - far, far more likely that you’ve misunderstood the cause of the bag, the person who it happened to misunderstood, or you’ve exaggerated/made it up.

OP here - things have been fine since then. I am figuring out which foods cause me to go and making sure to eat them! I also increased fiber intake (and taking a daily supplement) + increasing water intake.

Female - but a few decades from 70. It is a side effect of the GLP1...

Glad to hear it PP. Make sure not to look in the toilet in these situations. I am still not over what came out during the worst of my constipation days.

I am about to give TMI and apologize. DH and i are both on Zepbound, so a little different. He eats high protein and little vegetables and has terrible constipation. He has salad a few times per week and coffee daily.

The same med has made me not want to eat meat and I eat very little of it. I am also now repulsed by dairy as a side effect. I have a veggie and fruit with almond milk smoothie every day. Sometimes I don't put in fruit and make it with kale, protein powder and tofu but have some type of kale or spinach smoothie as a snack daily. I am not at all constipated and go several times every morning.
