Can’t tell if you’re actually confused. But, to make it simple, kids in the U14 pool are rostered on club team (SYC, Alexandria, whatever) and practice with DCUA once a week and play with DCUA for certain events DCUA participates in.

That was an absolutely incredible setting for a showcase, with perfect weather and lovely mountain views. So glad I decided to tag along with DS and DH.

I will say the parking for the first day was a nightmare. The sports complex is massive, and there were basketball, martial arts, and other sports tournaments going on at the same time, with not enough people directing traffic. It took us close to an hour to find a spot.

The DCU U14s are a pool of “futures” until they set a roster for next year's U15 team. They have 40 or so kids in the pool and many are in AZ for fest so won’t be available for whatever they are doing locally.
