Right now you would have to use less than the prescribed dose and toss the rest or reuse the one time vial. People do

Can you microdose with the official meds? I was on 2.5 zepbound, lost everything I needed to lose but I want to maintain. I don’t want sketchy compounded drugs, and would rather take less zepbound. Is that possible through any provider?

All that to say I think the fad of micro dosing is bc people just don’t want to say they are actually on a GLP-1.


I did 3 mo at .25 and lost the weight I needed to get out of the overweight category. I wouldn’t want to lose any faster but have loved the lack of food noise. I want to go off it awhile and see if I can continue to lose on my own but otherwise will go back to micro dosing. It’s the right pace of loss and no negative symptoms— win/win
