Most of the stores that left were companies not doing good. Forever 21: Bankrupt. Gap/BR: Closed 500+ locations, Aveda: Closing stores, Hollister: Closed hundreds of stores before recent revitalization

Anonymous wrote:It is too close to Tysons so it can’t attract stores. It doesn’t have a Nordstrom. Dulles also has a Nordstrom and those two malls suck off all the better stores. Meanwhile upscale stores and designers are more likely to go to the Galleria, Bethesda or downtown. Our population can’t support so many shopping destinations.
