I think we're just out of luck applying OOS. They moved up the deadline to benefit in state students but there's no benefit for OOS.

UNC does not send likely letters, I doubt they move oos EA up. With the slashing of oos aid it now leans heavily to full pay. I would think this will cause a decline in oos applications though it may take a few cycles for the word to get out that UNC is no longer need blind for oos.

UNC does not participate in Questbridge. My child has a friend who is a UNC lacrosse commit and he has not received his official acceptance yet.

Friend was either lying or referring to signing his commitment letter as an athletic recruit.
