I’m the reverse. Older brother. Dad takes older brother away when daughter wants to have friends over. It kinda sucks but is easier for everyone and honestly probably makes the parents more comfortable. 10 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Just take the boys away. We have a small home to and is harder to hide in the house.

It’s going to be so expensive because there will be fees and a cleaning fee. You will likely agree to no parties and it is technically a party. More than once we have have a nice owner/propety manager stop by when we get there to make sure everything is okay and if we need anything. But they are likely checking us out too.

+1 to having dad take the boys to the Baltimore aquarium or out to the movies and dinner.

If an Airbnb doesn’t work out, I remember a mom hosting a fun party for my 7th grade friend at an all-suites hotel back when they were first a big deal. The mom took the tiny bedroom and we took over the living area and other bedroom. We went to the movies at a theater next door, had pizza delivered for dinner, and swam in the indoor look in the morning before checkout so no one would have to worry about showers. The mom planned it with the hotel manager so it was all aboveboard.

My friend had a really annoying little brother, so it was a similar situation.

This. What’s wrong with a row house for having guests? The brothers can do something with the other parent or go over a friend’s house.

Just send the siblings away for the night. The last sleepover my kid attended, the dad and kid brother spent the night in a hotel.

This sounds like a better idea. Get the brothers out of the house and use your house for the party. They could go to a hotel and use the pool, game room, etc. or to some sort of event space (Zavazone Urban Air, etc.) during the party time.

Just send the boys to a friends house. No need to waste that money.

Dad needs to take the boys on a day trip - Baltimore Aquarium? Philadelphia? Luray Caverns?

Without a sleepover, you need 5 hours max for the girls.
