At Walter Johnson it works this way. Students have to take Journalism first and can then take The Pitch class.

This is inaccurate. Kennedy does not have a school newspaper. They do have a broadcast journalism program though called KCTV.

Actually my original post was right. The Kennedy High School with a student newspaper called the Word is John F. Kennedy High School in LAUSD.
