Thanks. This is what I need to hear. I just feel stuck in the chasing mindset which is less pronounced here. Be happy with my very good life.

I would not do it. If you were craving something else or were unhappy with your current life, maybe. But it sounds like you actually like your current lives, so the extra money isn’t really worth it to you. Plus, it is risky with all the factors people have noted above. Just the fact that he doesn’t have confidence in the leadership team is all I would need to know.

If you all are happy where you are I wouldn’t move unless DH really plans to change jobs in the next few years anyway.
