I'm renting an apartment in the building I love. I don't have to work for money ever again after selling my three properties and putting the money into market in 2020.
I'm renting because there is no condo I want to own. I have never felt safe in a house even with a partner.
OP, I don't know why they asked. I was not there when they asked. I'm surprised you are kind of clueless. I would have some idea why they asked.
My ex was pissed forever that I didn't sell my first property. He failed to tell me that it would bother him if I kept it.
