Yes, it's a big deal when you take the sum total of everything that will increase, but I'm not concerned about stocking up on any one item.
Yes, even the good Italian pasta is a couple of bucks, and presumably the wholesale price (which is what tariffs are based on) is less than that. So tariffs might add a $1 or at most $2. Unless you eat a lot of pasta and have lots of extra storage space, it's not worth stocking up.
